摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理干预方案在首发缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法制订早期康复护理干预方案并应用于66例首发缺血性脑卒中患者,并以65例接受常规护理患者为对照,比较干预实施前后两组患者的美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Barthel指数及干预3个月后简化改良的Rankin问卷(smRSq)评分。结果干预2周后,干预组NIHSS评分[(3.41±2.36)分]低于对照组[(4.49±3.65)分]、Barthel指数评分[(72.65±15.69)分]高于对照组[(56.92±21.99)分](P<0.05);干预3个月后,干预组smRSq评分明显优于对照组(71.21%vs.49.23%,P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预方案能显著提高首发缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,改善预后及生活质量。
Objective To evaluate effects of early rehabilitation nursing program on the patients with first-attack ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and thirty-one patients with first-attack ischemic stroke were selected and divided into control group（65） and intervention group（66）.The control group was given conventional neurology nursing and the intervention group was given intervention of early rehabilitation nursing program.Before and after intervention,the patients were assessed with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） and Barthel Index（BI）.After 3 months of intervention,the patients were assessed with simplified modified Rankin Scale questionnaire（smRSq）. Results At the end of 2 weeks after intervention,NIHSS scores of the intervention group was lower than that of in the control group[（3.41±2.36） scores vs. （4.49±3.65） scores, P 〈0.05],and the Barthel index scores was higher than that of control group[（72.65±15.69） scores vs. （56.92±21.99）scores, P 〈0.05].After 3 months of intervention,the difference of smRSq（71.21% vs. 49.23%, P 〈0.05） scores between them were significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing program can significantly improve the neurological function and daily life ability of patients with initial ischemic stroke,reducing the disability rate and improve the quality of life.
