摘要
制造业高技能人才作为科技成果的直接转化者,对于我国实现制造业转型升级及推动科技创新的发展具有决定性的作用。本文以制造业高技能人才作为研究的主体,借助于国内外已有的大量研究,着眼于制造业高技能人才的胜任特征构成,运用文献分析法探讨制造业高技能人才胜任力模型。
As a direct converter of scientific and technological achievements in the manufacturing industry, the high-skilled talents plays a decisive role in realizing transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation in China. Based on amount of domestic and foreign scholars＇ study, high-skilled talents in manufacturing industry and the competeneies of high-skilled talents in manufacturing industry are discussed in this paper. Method of document analysis is used to explore the competency model of high-skilled talents in manufacturing industry.
