摘要
我国在最近几年才开始研究应急管理技术,因此,我国当前不仅缺乏管理,还缺乏技术和人才。在建设过程中可能会出现各种问题,需要结合理论和实践,全方位进行探索。我国突发公共事件呈现增长态势,主要是城市化进程不断加快,导致城市生态更加脆弱,再加上社会压力不断加大,增加了可能性危机。因此,各个部门、企业都要加强对于突发公共事件的管理。
In recent years, China has not begun to study emergency management technology, but the development time of foreign countries is also short, so China is not only lack of management, but also lack of technology and talent. In the process of construction, there may be various problems. We need to combine theory and practice to explore in all directions. The public incident in China is showing a growing trend, which is mainly the acceleration of the urbanization process,which leads to the weakest urban ecology and the increasing social pressure, which has increased the possibility crisis. Therefore,all departments and enterprises should strengthen the management of public emergencies.
