摘要
城市应急联动指挥系统旨在集成公安、消防、救护、交通等应急反应部门,基于GIS、GPS等空间信息技术建设城市应急服务平台,实现跨部门、跨警区以及不同警种之间的统一指挥和快速反应。本文对城市应急联动指挥系统的业务流程、数据库、软硬件结构、功能模块等进行了分析和设计。
The Urban Emergency System aims to integrate the emergency response departments, such as police security, fire control, first aid, and traffic police and so on, to conduct the disaster rescue jointly under the command of the municipality. This paper designs the business flow, database, software and hardware structure, and functional module of the Urban Emergency System using GIS and GPS techniques.
