摘要
目的对上海市医保支付方式的改革进行分析,为降低医疗卫生费用提供参考意见。方法利用逐步分析法对医疗费用的影响因素进行实证研究。结果每千人技师数、65岁以上人口占比是影响医疗卫生费用增长的主要因素。结论上海市应注意从医疗卫生的需求和供给方面着手降低医疗卫生费用。
Objective To analyze the payment reform of medical insurance in Shanghai and provide a reference for reducing health care costs. Methods The influence factors on the medical expenses were analyzed by Stepwise analysis. Results The main factors affecting the growth of health care costs included the average number of visits for residents,the opening days of hospital beds and the population ratio over 65 years of age. Conclusion Shanghai should pay more attention on the supply and demand of health care to reduce health care costs.
