摘要
目的分析某医院取消药品加成的可行性。方法本文收集了该院2011年和2012年门诊和住院各类数据,计算药占比,并按照北京友谊医院取消药品加成的具体实施办法,计算如果取消药品加成代之以医事服务费该院收入的变化。结果 2011年和2012年的收入测算结果均是增加的趋势。结论该院实施医药分开取消药品加成建立医事服务费制度有一定的可行性。
Objective To analysis feasibility of canceling the drug addition in a hospital. Methods We collected the data of 2011 and 2012 of outpatient and hospitalization in the hospital, calculated the drug proportion and the possible change if drug addition was replaced by medical fee in the hospital according to the detailed rules carried out in Beijing Friendship Hospital. Results Both of the results of 2011 and 2012 show increasing trend. Conclusion Replacing drug addition by medical fee might be feasible in the hospital.
