摘要
航班恢复过程往往会受到不确定因素的干扰,这些不确定因素可能还会进而引发一系列不确定因素的产生,造成更加严重的延误情况。为了提高航班恢复计划的鲁棒性,对不确定因素扰动下的航班恢复问题进行研究。首先,利用中国某机场的地面服务数据,研究了不确定因素对航班恢复过程中地面服务保障时间的影响。然后,建立以最小化延误成本和保证航班公平性为优化目标的航班恢复调度模型;同时考虑进场航班对离场运行的影响;并在模型中加入不确定因素对航班的干扰。最后,运用模拟退火算法对中国某机场的航班数据进行仿真,与先到先服务方法进行对比。结果表明:对于解决机场大面积航班恢复问题具有可行性。
The flight recovery process tends to be disrupted by uncertainties,and these uncertainties may also lead to a series of uncertainties,resulting in more serious delays. In order to improve the robustness of the flight recovery plan,the problem of flight recovery under uncertain factors is studied. Firstly,the ground service data of a domestic airport is used to study the influence of uncertain factors on the guarantee time of ground service during flight recovery. Then,a flight recovery model is established to minimize the cost of delays and ensure the fairness of flights,at the same time,the impact of the approaching flights on departure operation is considered and the interference of uncertain factors on the flight is added to the model. Finally,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to simulate the flight data of a domestic airport and compared with the first come first service method. The results show that the model and method are feasible to solve the airport large-scale flight recovery problems.
