摘要
制造业的集聚发展对我国经济发展方式的转型影响巨大,但随着房价上涨,不同地区房价差异增大,各地区的制造业集聚水平也受到影响。以34个大中城市2001-2015年面板数据为例,利用两步系统GMM方法,实证分析房价区域差异对制造业集聚的影响效应,结果表明:我国的制造业集聚发展具有区位粘性,已有的制造业集聚水平会影响当期制造业集聚进程;无论是在全国层面还是分区域层面,房价区域差异对制造业集聚的影响呈"倒U型"曲线,即平均房价在一定范围内上涨能促进制造业的集聚,当房价上涨超过一定水平时会抑制当地制造业的集聚。
The agglomeration development of manufacturing industry has great influence on the transformation of China's economic development mode. However, with the increase of housing prices, the regional difference in housing price has been enlarged, and the level of manufacturing agglomeration in various regions has also been affected. Therefore, taking the panel data of 34 large and medium-sized cities from 2001 to 2015 as an example,the two-step system GMM method is used to empirically analyze the effect of price differences on manufacturing agglomeration. The findings show that: first, the development of China's manufacturing agglomeration has the viscidity of zone bit, and the existing levels of manufacturing agglomeration will affect the current process of manufacturing agglomeration; second, in the national level and the regional level, the impact of regional differences in housing prices on manufacturing agglomeration will show "inverted U-shaped" curve, that is, the rise in the average housing prices in a certain range can promote the agglomeration of manufacturing industry,when prices rise above a certain level of agglomeration, it will inhibit the local manufacturing industry.
