摘要
根据国家及上海市的相关要求,对长兴岛污水处理厂进行提标改造,尾水排放由执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)二级出水排放标准,提升至一级A标准。现状生物池工艺为闭式双泥龄(OAO)工艺,要达到一级A标准,脱氮除磷尤为重要。因此,该提标改造工程生物处理工艺选择AAO工艺,以便与现状生物池工艺(OAO)合理衔接。通过几个月的试运行,长兴岛污水处理厂出水中的SS、TN、NH_4^+-N等关键指标完全达到一级A标准。
According to the relevant requirements of the State and Shanghai,upgrading and reconstruction of Changxingdao Wastewater Treatment Plant( WWTP) is carried out,the effluent of which implements first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918—2002) from secondary criteria. To meet first grade A criteria,denitrification and phosphorus removal are especially important,while present biological pond process is a closed double mud age( OAO) process. As a result,AAO process is chosen for biological treatment process to connect with OAO conveniently. Through several months of trial operation,effluent of SS,TN,NH_4~+-N and other key indicators of Changxingdao WWTP meet first grade A criteria.
