摘要
基于分布间隙纵向耦合五换能器结构,加入谐振器单元,采用41°Y-X LiNbO_3基片材料,通过优化设计,研制出中心频率232 MHz,3dB带宽23.2 MHz的声表面波滤波器。该产品的插入损耗为-1.9dB,相对带宽达到10%,矩形系数2.2,阻带抑制大于50dB,产品综合性能指标优异,有很好的实用性。
Based on the distributed gap and longitudinally-coupled five-transducer structure, adding into the resonator element and optimizing the design, a SAW filter with center frequency of 232 MHz and 3 dB bandwidth of 23.2 MHz has been developed by using 41° Y-X LiNbO 3 piezoelectric material as the substrate. The product has the features of insertion loss of -1.9 dB, relative bandwidth of 10%, and shape factor of about 2.2 and stop-band rejection of 50 dB. The comprehensive performance specification of the product is excellent and has good practicability.
