摘要
新时代背景下中国的崛起要求中国不断提升外交能力,走出一条具有特色的大国外交之路,这是中国在对国际形势与外交清醒判断的基础上,正确定位中国身份,以大国角色所开展的一系列外交活动。而"一带一路"倡议的提出,正是基于中国的国家地缘、身份定位以及文化根基等现实条件,形成的具有中国特色的独特外交之路,对中国外交在经贸、金融、文化以及外交网络等领域具有积极地推动作用,并不断适时地映射外交理念,传达中国外交声音,成为外交的支撑与保障。
Under the background of the new era,the rise of China requires China to enhance its diplomatic ability continuously and seek a path of diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.This is a series of diplomatic activities carried out by China on the basis of sober judgment on the international situation and diplomacy.＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative was put forward precisely on the basis of realistic conditions,such as national geography,identity orientation,and cultural foundation,which formed a unique diplomatic road with Chinese characteristics and played an active role in trade,economy,culture and diplomatic network.At the same time,it constantly and timely map and convey diplomatic ideas,and become the support and guarantee of diplomacy.
