摘要
中越"两廊一圈"与中缅"人字型"经济走廊是中国与周边国家经济合作的重要支撑。越南和缅甸两国的国情差异是影响经济走廊建设的根本因素,其建设背景、内容、合作基础等都存在一定的差异。今后,中缅"人字型"经济走廊建设需要制定共同总体规划,进一步凝聚对接共识;加快基础设施建设,提高设施联通水平;加快国际产能合作,提高走廊产业支撑;扩大经贸规模与推进转型升级,实施贸易畅通;扩大民间交流,进一步夯实社会基础。
China-Vietnam ＂Two Corridors One Circle＂ and China-Myanmar ＂Lambdoidal＂ economic corridor are important support for economic cooperation between China and its neighboring countries.The differences between Vietnam and Myanmar are the fundamental factors affecting the construction of economic corridor.There are some differences in the background,content and cooperation basis of their constructions.In the future,the construction of ChinaMyanmar ＂Lambdoidal＂ economic corridor needs to set up an overall plan to further agglomerate the joint consensus; speed up infrastructure construction and improve the level of facilities connectivity; accelerate international productivity cooperation and improve corridor industry support; expand economic and trade scale,promote transformation and upgrading to implement trade smooth; expand civil communication and further consolidate the social foundation.
