摘要
近年来,随着桂越经贸活动的日益频繁,双边贸易额显著增长。过去十五年间,桂越进出口贸易额实现了七倍增长,贸易伙伴黏性持续增强。同时,桂越贸易已成为推动中越贸易发展的主要驱动力,过去十年间,桂越贸易总额在中越进出口贸易额中的占比约为18.09%。随着贸易规模的不断扩大,双方商品结构呈现出互补性特征,广西对越南的出口商品结构正逐步从劳动密集型产品向技术密集型产品转变。2023年,通过海关特殊监管区域的物流货物贸易规模创下年度历史新高,达129.87亿美元,首次超过边境小额贸易额,双边贸易方式呈现多元化趋势。虽然桂越双边贸易发展面临诸多机遇,但是广西与广东、江苏两省的对越贸易竞争激烈,越南与广西之间的贸易赤字持续扩大,广西边境口岸地区通道经济转型困难等。基于此,本文提出桂越双边贸易发展的相关对策,以供参考。
In recent years,with the increasing frequency of economic and trade activities between Guangxi and Vietnam,bilateral trade has grown significantly.Over the past fifteen years,the import and export trade volume between Guangxi and Vietnam has increased sevenfold,with the stickiness of trade partners continuously strengthening.At the same time,trade between Guangxi and Vietnam has become a major driving force for China–Vietnam trade development,accounting for approximately 18.09%of China–Vietnam import and export trade over the past decade.As the trade scale continues to expand,the commodity structure of both sides exhibits complementary characteristics,with Guangxi’s exports to Vietnam gradually shifting from labor-intensive products to technology-intensive products.In 2023,the trade volume of goods through customs special supervision areas reached a record high of USD 12.987 billion,surpassing border smallscale trade for the first time,indicating a trend of diversified bilateral trade modes.Although the development of Guangxi–Vietnam bilateral trade faces numerous opportunities,it also encounters challenges such as intense competition from Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces in trade with Vietnam,a widening trade deficit between Vietnam and Guangxi,and difficulties in transforming the channel economy in Guangxi’s border areas.Based on this,this study proposes relevant countermeasures for the development of Guangxi–Vietnam bilateral trade for reference.
