摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了五味子(Shisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill)丙酮提取液的抑菌活性,并比较了索式提取法和微波萃取法的抑菌效果差异。研究结果表明,浸提法中随着五味子浓度的增加抑菌活性增强,微波提取法中功率400 W,料液比5:70,反应时间5 min时五味子丙酮提取液抑菌效果最好,抑菌率可达70%。
The antifungal activity of Shisandra chinensis extracts were determined by mycelium growth rates method and the difference in activity of vent extraction and microwave extraction methods were compared in this paper. The results showed that the inhibitory rate increased with the growth of the concentration of Shisandra chinensis in Suo 's extraction and the optimum extraction technology was set as follows : 400 W microwave power, 5 min extraction time, 5 : 70 solid-liquid ratio. Under these optimal conditions, the best antifungal activity was obtained with the inhibitory rate up to 70%.
