摘要
[目的]研究五味子提取物的抑菌活性,为其合理开发提供参考。[方法]以大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌为供试菌种,采用滤纸片法和平板二倍稀释法研究了五味子70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用。[结果]五味子提取物对4种供试菌都有明显的抑制作用。滤纸片法的MIC,金黄色葡萄球菌为62.5mg/ml,大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌为31.3mg/ml;二倍稀释法的结果类似,除金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为50mg/ml外,其余3种菌均为25mg/ml。另外,五味子提取物经短时间的高温处理,仍具有较强的抑菌作用。[结论]五味子乙醇提取物具有明显的抑菌作用,且其抑菌成分是热稳定的。
[Objective]The aim was to study the hacteriostatic activities of extracts from Schisandra chinensis and provide references for its reasonable development. [Method]With Echerichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella peneu- moniae as tested bacteria, the antimicrobial activity of ethanol extracts of S. chinensis was determined by the method of filter paper and agar dilution. [Result]It is shown that extracts of S. chinensis had a notable inhibiting microorganism activity. By filter paper method, the MIC for every kind of microorganism was respectively as follows=S, aureus was 62.5mg/ml, E. coli, P. aeruginosa and K. peneumoniae was 31.3mg/ml. By tube double dilution method, the result was in substantial agreement. The MIC of S. aureus was 50mg/ml,and the others were 25mg/ml. In addition, S. chinensis extracts were excellent in heat stability,it still showed a strong antiseptic power after a treatment of heate. [Conclusion]All the results showed that the obvious anti-bacterial activity was observed in S. chinensis extracts,and its active components had a good stability against heating.
