摘要
基于国内外棕榈藤材抗拉强度测试方法,分别将棕榈藤材加工成总长度均为160mm的哑铃形藤片试样、端头垫片强化整径藤片试样、半哑铃形整藤试样和端头浸胶强化整藤试样进行了抗拉强度的测试,根据试样的测试破坏情况和应力—应变曲线图等测试结果,发现以加工相对较易的含皮整径藤片试样,在万能力学试验机上沿试样顺纹方向匀速施载,使试样在30s~90s内破坏,从而求出藤材的顺纹抗拉强度。
Based on the previous and existing testing methods, rattan cane materials were processed into four types testing specimens, i.e. the dumbbell-shaped cane piece, the cane piece of full diameter with end-strengthened by hardwood piece, the half-dumbbell-shaped cane stem of whole radius, and the entire cane stem with end-strengthened by glue-soaking. All the specimens of these four types were of the total length of 160mm, and their axial tensile strengths were respectively measured and compared. According to the breakage of the testing specimens, the stress-strain curves, and the other testing results, the cane piece of full diameter with end-strengthened by hardwood piece was the most appropriate testing specimen, and its manufacturing was relatively easy. Being drawn by the universal mechanical test machine with a uniform speed, the specimens should be broken within 30s - 90s, and then their axial tensile strengths would be calculated out.
