摘要
采用非径向、投入产出双角度窗口DEA模型测度出中国内地除西藏以外30个省份的绿色发展效率,通过Dagum基尼系数对中国省际绿色发展效率的区域差异进行测度和分解,并利用核密度函数对其演进趋势进行分析。结果表明:在样本考察期内中国省际绿色发展效率的总体区域差异呈明显的上升态势,其中西北地区、西南地区和黄河中下游地区的区域内差异显著增大;Dagum基尼系数分解显示,区域间差异和超变密度是中国绿色发展效率区域差异的主要来源,区域内差异对绿色发展效率区域差异的贡献率正逐渐降低;核密度曲线反映出中国绿色发展效率的区域差异日趋扩大,各省份绿色发展效率之间存在梯度效应,部分地区呈现出明显的极化特征。
Using the non-radial and input-output windows DEA model,the green development efficiency of 30 provinces in China was measured and the regional differences and their evolution trend of green development efficiency in China were analyzed by Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density function. The result is as follows:Firstly,the results showed that the overall regional difference of China's provincial green development efficiency showed a significant upward trend during the period of sample survey,and the difference between northwest and southwest regions and the Yellow River basin increased significantly. Secondly,the decomposition of Dagum Gini coefficient shows that regional difference and intensity of transvariattion are the main sources of regional differences in China's green development efficiency,and the contribution of intra regional differences to regional differences in green development efficiency is decreasing. Thirdly,the nuclear density curve reflects the gradual expansion of regional differences in China's green development efficiency,and there is a gradient effect between the provinces' green development efficiency,and some regions show obvious polarization characteristics.
