摘要
本文利用SBM方向性距离函数和Malmquist-Luenberger指数测算了2001-2014年我国30个省(市)的绿色全要素生产率及其分解成分,并利用三种加权方式分别测度了全国及东、中、西部三大区域内相邻省(市)绿色全要素生产率的溢出效应,然后分析了相邻省(市)之间绿色全要素生产率的高低和地理距离的远近对其溢出效应的影响。实证结果表明,就全国范围而言,基于三种加权方式下相邻省(市)之间的绿色全要素生产率都存在显著、正向的溢出效应,绿色全要素生产率主要从较高的省(市)向较低的省(市)溢出,并且地理距离近的省(市)的绿色全要素生产率的溢出效应大于距离远的省(市);分区域来看,三大地区内相邻省(市)之间绿色全要素生产率的溢出效应存在明显的区域差异,并且东部地区内相邻省(市)之间的溢出效应最大,中部地区次之,西部地区最小。
This paper applies SBM directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger indicator to measure GTFP and its decomposition components of 30 provinces (cities) in China over the period 2001 to 2014, and implements 3 weighted methods to calculate the spillover effects of GTFP of the whole country, east China, central China and west China. Besides, we analyze the influence of GTFP level and geographical dis- tance of neighboring provinces (cities) on the spillover effect. All three weighted methods on country level show that there is a significant and positive spillover effect of GTFP among the neighboring provinces ( cities), and we find that the spillover is mainly from provinces (cities) with higher GTFP to lower ones and is greater among provinces (cities) with short distance than those with long distance. As for region level, the spillover effect of GTFP among neighboring provinces (cities) explicitly illustrates regional differences, which in east China is the largest, followed by the central, and smallest in the west.
