摘要
培养大学生创新创业能力是高校综合素质教育中一项重要任务,进行实践教学改革是提升大学生创新创业能力的一个重要途径。从优化人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,建立多层次实验室开放模式,加强校内外实践基地建设,鼓励大学生积极参与科学研究、参加各类竞赛活动等方面,对园艺专业实践教学改革的探索与做法进行了总结。
It is an important task for college students to improve their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. And it is an important way to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students to carry out the reform of practice teaching. This paper presents the exploration and practice in the practicing teaching of gardening speciality from aspects of the improvement of personnel training plan, enhancing teachers team construction, establish multi-level opening laboratory mode, strengthening the construction of practice base at and outside of the school, encouraging students to actively participate in scientific research and participate in various competitions in Huaibei Normal University.
