摘要
高校扩招后,就业压力加大,尤其农业高校毕业生面临的就业压力更大,因而,培养大学生创新和创业能力成为高校一项急切而重要的任务。文章阐述了农业高校本科生就业的实际问题,提出了农科大学生创新创业能力的新途径,并着重从五个方面进行了详细的论述,对提高大学生的创新和创业能力具有重要的指导意义。
Because of increasing enrollment in universities,graduates have faced greater pressure looking for jobs,especially in agricultural universities.The cultivation of students＇ creative and entrepreneurship ability becomes an urgent and important duty of universities.The article elaborates the actual problems of employment for the agricultural university undergraduates.The new way to improve students＇ creative and entrepreneurship ability from five aspects has been put forward and discussed in detail,which has great guiding significance to the improvement of creative and entrepreneurship ability for the students.
