摘要
医疗器械是建立在技术和资源两大基础上的新兴产业,随着我国医疗市场需求的持续增长,医疗器械行业的发展动力也在不断增加。文章分析了医疗器械行业所特有的技术创新特点,并以行业创新过程为基础,针对不同阶段市场变化探讨相关政策对其技术创新的影响。财政政策,能够为医疗器械技术创新提供稳定的物质经济基础;医疗器械监督管理政策,则有利于保证产品质量,为群众生命安全筑起一道坚固防线;知识产权保护政策,则有利于激发医疗器械专家的科技研发热情,并使创新者能够获得相应的物质和精神回报。通过技术创新与行业政策的关联性研究,找出其中存在的问题,并进一步提出具有针对性的问题完善对策。
Medical device is a new industry based on technology and resources.With the continuous growth of medical market demand in China.The development of the medical device industry is also increasing.Firstly,this paper analyzed the unique characteristics of the medical device industry,and based on the industry innovation process. In view of the different stages of market changes,this paper discussed the impact of relevant policies on its technological innovation.The fiscal policy can provide a stable material and economic basis for the technological innovation of medical devices.The policy of supervision and management of medical devices will help to ensure the quality of products and build a strong line of defense for the safety of the masses,while the policy of intellectual property protection will be beneficial to the promotion of the quality of products.The scientific and technological research and development enthusiasm of medical device experts enables the innovator to obtain the corresponding material and spiritual return.Through the relationship between technology innovation and industry policy,this paper found out the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the problems..
