摘要
本文首先分析了日本跨国公司技术创新的总体情况及其发展特点,并以丰田汽车为典型实例,研究日本跨国公司在技术创新战略与方向定位、创新资源配置与研发管理体系和机制等方面的具体做法,供我国有关企业等参考。
This paper first analyzes the overall conditions and characteristcs of technology innovation of Japanese Multinational Enterprises, then researches its specifc practices in technology innovation strategy and direction orientation, innovation resources allocation and R＆D management system/mechanism based on the case study of Toyota Motor, with a hope of providing some references for related enterprises in China.
