摘要
用超声波-溶胶-凝胶法制得了纳米SnO2 粉末。用XRD和TEM等方法对粉末进行表征 ,并研究了超声场、pH值和洗涤方式对产品粒度与团聚的影响。
The nano tin oxide powder can be prepared by means of supersonic wave-collosal-Gel process.The product has been checked with XRD,TEM and other methods.The influence of supersonic field,pH value,and washing method on the fineness and agglomeration of product is investigated.
