Preparation of Nano-Hydroxyapatite by Sol-Gel Method

摘要 采用溶液-凝胶法以氧化钙和磷酸制备羟基磷灰石纳米粉体,方法经济简单。重点研究了洗涤方式和煅烧温度对产物粒度的影响,根据XRD和IR实验数据,分析了粉体的组成结构、晶粒尺寸以及纳米粉体的形成原理。结果表明:制备胶体经无水乙醇洗涤和890℃煅烧后能制备粒度小(约30 nm)、纯度高的纳米羟基磷灰石。 Nano-hydroxyapatite is prepared to use CaO and H3PO4 by a simple and economical Sol-gel method. The paper discusses the relation of granularity with different washing methods and calcining temperatures. According to the data of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) experimentations, the paper analyzes construction and granularity scale, and also discusses the form mechanism of HAP. The results indicate that the prepared colloid can be turned into nano-sized(approximate 30nm) and high-pure nano-hydroxyapatite powder after being washed with alcohol and calcined at 890℃.
