摘要
食育是以食物为载体或中介的教育形态,具有促进幼儿身体健康、健全幼儿人格发展和传承优秀文化等教育功能。幼儿园食育课程的建构应以身体发展、自然认知和文化传承为理念,从认知、能力、情感和文化四个方面建构课程目标,选择合适的课程内容、实施方式及实施载体,并通过教师与家长的观察记录优化和完善课程体系。
The shokuiku takes the food as the carrier or mediation, and has the education function such as promoting the children's health, perfecting personality and inheriting the culture. The construction of shokuiku curriculum should take the children's physical development, cognition to the nature and culture inheritance as its philosophy, and construct the curriculum objective from the dimensions of cognition, ability, emotion and culture. At last, the appropriate content, mode of execution and observation should be taken into account.
