摘要
国际上在世界遗产、文化多样性、教育促进可持续发展等相关领域的理论研究和"世界遗产教育计划"、年轻人论坛等实践活动取得一定成效,对于我国世界遗产保护宣传具有借鉴作用。文章对全球世界遗产教育理念和实践进行综述,并围绕我国在世界遗产教育方面存在的参与维度有限、发声平台欠缺、道德哲学联系不够紧密、国际交流落后于全球合作化进程等问题提出建议,以期通过世界遗产教育增强年轻人遗产相关问题解决能力和分析决策能力,在世界遗产突出普遍价值以及相关联系的保存和传承方面发挥作用。
The world＇s theories concerning the WH, cultural diversity, education for sustainable development and the practice such as ＂WH Education Program＂ have seen fulfillment, providing implications for Chinese site managers. The present paper provides an overall statement of international theory and practice, and proposes suggestions concerning problems in China such as the unclear goal of boosting participation, the lack of relating WH to ethics and philosophy, the lack of platform where the youth may voice, and the communication progress falling behind the network globalization, so as to enhance young people＇s capability to solve problems and making decisions in the preservation and promotion of the OUV of World Heritage（WH） and its associations.
