摘要
目的探讨基于百度网盘的信息化教学模式在护理继续教育中的应用效果。方法 2017年1月成立科室培训小组,通过将拍摄的操作视频及每月科室业务学习、季度疑难病例讨论、科室每周心得等分享上传百度网盘,护士自行分类保存并根据自身时间安排进行学习和巩固。比较2017年度与2016年度科室护士理论、操作平均成绩,年度综合能力考评合格率。结果 2017年度护士的理论成绩和操作成绩评分均高于2016年度(P<0.05)。2017年度护士综合能力合格率94.74%(18/19),高于2016年度合格率83.33%(15/18),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百度网盘应用于科室护士规范化培训中,提高了护士学习的灵活性和机动性,便于护士在工作之余充分利用零散时间复习、巩固专科理论知识和操作技能。
Objective To investigated the effect of information teaching based on Baidu Cloud storage for continuing education of nursing. Methods A training group was established in January 2017,and group members were responsible for uploading teaching materials to the Baidu cloud storage. After classifying and downloading the materials,nurses could arrange their own schedule to complete the study plan. The outcomes of theory test,operating practice and comprehensive capability assessment in 2016 and 2017 were observed and analyzed. Results Nurses achieved higher outcomes of theory test and operating practice in 2017 compared with those of nurses in 2016（ P〈0. 05）. The qualified rate of comprehensive capability assessment was 94. 74%（18/19） in 2017,which was higher than 83. 33%（15/18） in 2016,but with no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The information teaching based on Baidu Cloud storage can improve the flexibility in continuing education. It can facilitate nurses to enhance their practical skills by piecemeal learning.
