摘要
目的探讨网络语音平台在神经内科临床护理人员培训中的应用方法及实施效果。方法以YY语音通讯软件为平台,通过创建神经内科网络虚拟课堂,全体护士通过共享密码加入教室,教学督导即管理员与学员利用"设置讲师"、"设置麦克风"、"板书"、"上课"及"下课"等功能,将各类护理培训相关资料根据不同层级护理人员的培训计划与需求,以课件的形式上传并讲授,进行在线测试与实时互动。结果 2016年护士课堂培训参与率为90.03%,显著高于2015年传统课堂培训法(81.69%);缺课人员培训知识考核成绩显著高于2015年(均P<0.01)。结论利用网络语音平台对护士进行培训,使护理人员有效利用时间,可提高培训课堂的实时参与度,使缺课人员同质化掌握相关知识。
Objective To explore the application and effect of network voice platform in training for clinical nurses in neurological de- partment. Methods We created network virtual classroom in neurological department based on YY voice communication software platform, then all nurses joined the classroom through shared password, and the teaching supervision was administrator and students, utilizing the function of ＂set lecturer＂, ＂set the microphone＂ and ＂blackboard-writing＂, ＂in class＂ and ＂out of class＂ etc, uploaded various nursing training related materials in the form of PPT and taught according to the training plan and requirements of nurses with different levels, then conducted online testing and real-time interaction. Results In 2016, nursesr participation rate of classroom training was 90.03 %, which was significantly higher than that using traditional classroom training （81.69%） in 2015; and the test score of training knowledge for nurses absent from classes was significantly higher than that in 2015 （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Application of network voice platform in the training for nurses, can help nurses make good use of time, improve the real-time participation, and allow the absent nurses grasp knowledge equally.
