摘要
目的探讨精神科护理晨会交班中应用SBAR沟通模式的效果。方法 2017年1月—6月18名护理人员为对照组,护理晨会交班中采用常规沟通模式;2017年7月—12月18名护理人员为观察组,护理晨会交班中采用SBAR沟通模式。观察2组交班质量,评价护士满意度。结果观察组岗前介绍、病情交流、资料交换、输液情况、皮肤交接、管道交接、特殊检查、心理干预、沟通交流评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组对交班效率、安全措施、患者参与、监控合作、信息提供的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 SBAR沟通模式应用于精神科护士晨会交班中,可有效提高交班质量及护士满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of SBAR communication mode in quality improvement of nursing morning-shift in the psychiatric wards. Methods From January,2017 to June,2017,18 nurses working in the psychiatric wards were selected as the control group,another 18 nurses working in the psychiatric wards from July,2017 to December,2017 were included as the observation. The routine commutation mode was adopted in the control group during the daily nursing morning-shift,and the SBAR communication mode was carried out in the observation group. Results Nurses of the observation group achieved higher scores in assessment of pre-job introduction,disease communication,data exchange,infusion,skin management,catheterization management,special examination,psychological intervention and communication compared with those of the control group(P〈0. 01). Compared with nurse in the control group,those in the observation group were more satisfied with the shift efficiency,safety measures,patient participation,monitoring cooperation,and information provision( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The SBAR communication mode can effectively improve the efficacy and quality of nursing morning-shift in the psychiatric wards.
