摘要
城轨车辆轮(轴)重的均匀性,对整车黏着牵引力和制动性能的发挥至关重要^([1])。在车辆投入运行之前,生产企业需要通过称重调簧的方式将轮(轴)重均匀化,以保证城轨车辆具有良好的安全性能。为了能够在现有的地铁车辆称重设备上对多模块有轨电车进行称重,基于多模块有轨电车车体的结构特点,设计出一种分模块式称重方法,并通过建立力学分析模型、有限元仿真计算和现场称重试验,多方面验证了分模块式称重方法的正确性和可行性。
Urban transit vehicle wheel(axle) load uniformity is very important to realize the vehicle traction adhesion force and braking performance. Before a vehicle is put into operation, the manufacturers need to even the wheel(axle) load uniformity through weighing and spring adjustment, to ensure that urban rail vehicle has a good safety performance. In order to weigh the multi module tram on the existing metro vehicles weighing bridge, based on the structure characteristics of multi module tram, this paper discusses the design of a modular unit weighing method. Through establishing the mechanical analysis model, the finite element simulation calculation and field test weighing and, the correctness and feasibility of the modular unit weighing method are verified from many aspects.
