摘要
研制与实施教师专业标准,是世界各国促进教师专业发展,推动教师专业化进程的有效手段,中国目前已经具备了制订体育教师专业标准的深厚基础。研究表明:体育教师符合专业人员的本质特征和其高度的自我认同感奠定了专业认同基础,国家法律和部委规章制度提供了间接性和直接性的政策法规基础;学校体育指导思想和教师专业标准制订的指导思想与内容确立了指导框架基础;主要发达国家的体育教师专业标准体系夯实了国际经验基础。因此,中国应基于上述基础积极推进专业标准制订,具体路径包括:确立专业标准制订的指导思想和基本理念,组建专业标准制订的主体,确定专业标准制订的程序,构建专业标准框架的内容,推进专业标准的更新与完善,落实专业标准的实施。
Developing and implementing the teacher professional standards is an effective approach to promoting professional development of teachers and professionalization of teachers all over the world.China has a solid foundation for the development of P.E.teacher professional standards.The P.E.teachers already have essential professional qualities and high professional self-identity.National laws and ministerial regulations provide indirect and direct policy and law support.The guiding ideology of school P.E.teacher professional standards has been established.Experiences can be drawn from standards established in major developed countries.The guiding ideology,basic concepts,main body,procedures and contents,execution and assessment of the standards are defined.
