摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高结肠镜检查前肠道准备清洁率的应用价值。方法选取2016年8月~2018年1月我院消化内科接受结肠镜检查的186例住院患者作为研究对象,依据患者入院时间不同将其分为对照组、分析组,每组93例。对照组患者接受常规结肠镜检查前肠道准备工作,分析组患者则执行QCC管理,比较两组患者肠道准备清洁度及QCC成员的自我评分表现。结果分析组肠道清洁总优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组QCC成员的自我评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈应用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备中确有较好效果,有助于提升肠道的清洁率,提高护理人员的综合素质,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of ＂quality control circle（QCC）＂ in improving the cleaning rate of bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods A total of 186 inpatients who underwent colonoscopy in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital during the period from August 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the analysis grop according to the different admissien time of the patients, with 93 cases in the each group. The control group received bowel preparation before routine colonoscopy, and the analysis group performed QCC management, the cleanliness of bowel preparation and self-scoring performance of QCC members were compared between the two groups. Results The total rate of intestinal cleansing in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The self-rating of qcc members in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle has good effect in the preparation of bowel before colonoscopy, which helps to increase the cleanliness rate of the intestine and improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff. It is worthy of clinical application.
