摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低门急诊患者转运风险过程中的作用。方法按照现状调查—原因分析—设定目标—制定对策—组织实施—效果检查等操作顺序,开展品管圈活动;并比较门急诊患者在转运交接班工作前后的总目标以及子目标的改善情况。结果通过品管圈活动,最终门急诊转运患者的转运风险降低为2.44%且目标的达成率为106.65%,最终改善幅度为54.50%;同时品管圈内成员的品管手法、团队精神、沟通能力、专业知识等方面的评分均较活动前有不同程度的提高。结论品管圈活动不仅能够降低门急诊患者转运过程中的风险,同时还能提高圈内成员的综合素质,提升医院服务水平。
Objective To observe the effect of QCC activities in reducing the risk of patient's transhipment in the out-patients and emergency department. Methods The QCC activities was implemented in sequence of current situation investigation--cause analysis--target setting-- strategies formulating--organizing and implementation--effect review; the improvement degree of final target and sub-target in the patient's transhipment of out-patients and emergency department before and after the shifting of duty was compared. Results Through the QCC activities, the risk of patient's transhipment was decreased to 2.44%, and the target achieving rate was therefore 106.65%%, the final improvement range was 54.50%. At the same time, the quality control methods, team spirit, communication skill and professional knowledge were improved to a varying degrees thereafter. Conclusion Not only the QCC activities can reduce the risk of patient's transhipment in the out-patients and emergency department, but also comprehensive quality of the team members as well as the service level of the hospital are improved.
