摘要
2020年后BIM模型作为工程设计交付成果将成为主流。如何在BIM设计模型载体上利用计算机实现智能化审查将是一项符合建筑业技术创新的重要研究工作。首先选取美国LOD规范和我国《建筑工程设计信息模型交付标准》,从标准编制目的、交付精细度设计方面分析了其不足之处,其次阐释了结构化规范条文及比对BIM设计模型时,发现BIM设计模型中欠缺必要的构件属性,模型精细度不足以支持智能审查工作。本研究以设法使BIM设计模型精细度满足智能审查为目标,提出将专业相关整体信息链接到模型,运用各类计算方法间接获取属性值,运用智能推理获取属性值,模型上增加属性值四种方法提升BIM设计模型的精细度,并通过BIM设计模型中楼梯构件智能审查实践验证。BIM设计模型精细度研究是建设工程设计成果智能审查的基础,研究成果为后续国家编制BIM交付成果审查应用标准提供有益的借鉴。
The BIM model will be the mainstream of the delivery of Engineering design after 2020. How to realize the intellectualized inspection on the BIM design model will be an important research that accords with the technical innovation of the construction industry. Firstly,selecting the American LOD standard and China “Deliver Standard of Building Design-Information Modeling”,the paper analyzes its deficiencies from the standard compilation purpose, delivery precision design; secondly, the paper explains the design specification and model of BIM structural comparison,finding certain necessary components are lacked in BIM design model,the level of detail (LOD) is not enough to support intelligent inspection work ; finally in order to meet the BIM design model of intelligent inspection,four methods to improve LOD of BIM design model are put forward ,such as the related information to link to the overall model, calculation method of using all kinds of indirect access to the value of the property, the use of intelligent reasoning to obtain the value of the property, the method of increasing property value to the model. The intelligent inspection of staircase components in BIM design model is proved to be practical. The study of LOD of BIM design model is the basis of intelligent inspection of construction engineering design results. This research will provide a useful reference for the following national standards for the preparation and application of BIM delivery results.
