摘要
目的对比分析氯氮平与利培酮对精神分裂症患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的精神分裂症患者88例,随机分为A组(44例)和B组(44例),分别予以奥氮平和利培酮治疗。对比两组的治疗效果,并比较两组治疗前、后的血清泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)和睾酮(T)水平差值。结果 A、B两组的治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);B组治疗前、后的△PRL及△T水平大于A组(P<0.05);A、B两组治疗前、后的△E_2水平比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者中应用奥氮平和利培酮的治疗效果相仿,二者均会影响患者的血清性激素水平,而利培酮对PR和T水平的影响更为显著,在治疗过程中应根据患者的实际情况选择合适的药物,并加强对性激素水平的监测。
Objective To compare the effects of clozapine and risperidone on serum sex hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 88 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into group A（44 cases） and group B（44 cases）, which were treated with olanzapine and risperidone respectively. The therapeutic effects, the differences changes of serum prolactin（PRL）, estradiol（E_2） and testosterone（T） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rates of treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The levels of △PRL and △T in the group B before and after treatment were greater than those in the group A（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in △E2 level before and after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Olanzapine and risperidone have similar treatment effects in patients with schizophrenia, both of which affect serum sex hormone levels in patients, and that risperidone has more significant effects on PR and T levels.During treatment, it should choose the appropriate drugs based on the actual situation of patients, and strengthen the monitoring of sex hormone levels.
