摘要
《资源描述与检索》(Resource Description and Access,RDA)的问世,是国际编目理念和实践的深刻变革,也为国内中外文编目规则实现统一提供了最大机遇。介绍了RDA创立的"作品规范检索点"的概念及其作用,指出了国内中文编目规则在实现目录职能方面存在的明显不足,并通过几个实例论述了将"作品规范检索点"应用于国内中文编目的必要性和可能性,以便为实现国内中外文编目规则的统一创造重要的前提条件。
The birth of the RDA（Resource Description and Access）,is an important change of the international cataloguing theory and practice,also conducive to promoting unification of the domestic Chinese-foreign cataloging rules.This article discusses the concept of RDA’s＂Authorized access point for the work＂and its function,points out the deficiencies of the domestic Chinese cataloging rules in realizing functions of catalogue,and through several examples,discusses the necessity and possibility of domestic Chinese cataloging using RDA’s＂Authorized access point for the work＂,in order to realize the unification of the domestic Chinese-foreign cataloguing rules to create important preconditions.
