摘要
[目的]观察欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变气阴两虚兼瘀、毒证患者的临床疗效。[方法]入选符合纳入标准的胃癌前病变气阴两虚兼瘀、毒证的患者40例,予以欣胃颗粒治疗12周。观察患者治疗前后的临床疗效、中医证候及胃镜下病理组织学改变,并对其结果进行统计学分析。[结果]欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变气阴两虚兼瘀、毒证的临床总有效率为89.18%,中医证候为91.89%,胃黏膜病变为83.78%;治疗后的中医证候总积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变气阴两虚兼瘀、毒证患者的临床疗效显著。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Xinwei granules on the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions patients of the deficiency of Qi-Yin with blood stagnation and toxin.[Methods]Forty patients,suffering from gastric precancerous lesions,deficiency of Qi-Yin with blood stagnation and toxin,were treated with Xinwei granules for 12 weeks.The patients＇ clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine syndrome and histopathology changes via gastroscopy were observed before and after treatment,and the results were obtained for statistical analysis.[Results]The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 89.18%,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine pattern was 91.89%,and the total effective rate of gastric mucosal change was83.78%,after treatment,the total score of Chinese medicine pattern was significantly lower than before.After comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of Xinwei granules in the treatment of the PLGC patients of the deficiency of Qi-Yin with blood stagnation and toxin is remarkable.
