摘要
目的比较帝视内镜与视频喉镜在全身麻醉(全麻)气管插管中的应用效果。方法择期全麻手术患者60例随机均分为两组,D组使用帝视内镜气管插管,G组使用视频喉镜气管插管。记录两组患者麻醉诱导前(T0)、麻醉诱导后(T1)、插管后即刻(T2)和插管后5min(T3)的SBP、DBP、HR,记录两组插管时间及一次插管成功率,随访两组患者术后咽痛、声嘶的发生情况。结果与T0时比较,两组T1时SBP、DBP降低(P<0.05),HR减慢(P<0.05),T2时HR加快(P<0.05);与T1时比较,两组T2、T3时SBP、DBP升高(P<0.05),G组T2、T3时HR加快(P<0.05),D组T2时HR加快(P<0.05);与D组相比,G组T2时SBP、DBP升高(P<0.05),T3时HR加快(P<0.05)。与G组相比,D组插管时间缩短(P<0.05),一次插管成功率提高(P<0.05)。结论与视频喉镜相比,帝视内镜气管插管对血压、心率影响较轻,一次插管成功率高。
Objective To compare the outcomes of endotracheal intubation with disposcope and glidescope video laryngoscope in general anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The tracheal intubation was performed with disposcope in group D and with glidescope video laryngoscope in group G.SBP,DBP and HR were recorded before anesthesia induction（T0）,just before intubation（T1）,immediately after intubation（T2）and at 5 minutes after intubation（T3）.The intubation time and success rate of one-time attempt tracheal intubation were recorded.The adverse events of sore throat and hoarseness were observed after tracheal intubation.Results Compared with T0,SBP,DBP and HR at T1 were decreased and HR at T2 was increased in two groups（P〈0.05）.Compared with T1,SBP and DBP at T2 and T3 were increased in two groups（P〈0.05）,HR at T2 and T3 in group G and at T2 in group D were increased（P〈0.05）.Compared with group D,SBP and DBP at T2 and HR at T3 were increased in group G（P〈0.05）.The intubation time was shorter and success rate of one-time attempt intubation was higher in group D than those in group G（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with glidescope video laryngoscope,endotracheal intubation with disposcope has higher success rate of onetime attempt tracheal intubation with less influence on BP and HR.
