摘要
按劳分配是社会主义的重要经济特征,但我国目前并不具备实行经典按劳分配的条件,也无法完全满足按劳分配的内在要求。按劳分配作为按生产要素分配的高级形态,在不同的发展阶段具有不同的表现形式。按人力资本分配既体现了按劳分配的内在要求,又与现实经济条件相适应,因而成为按劳分配的当代形式。
