摘要
科研管理工作是一项内容杂、层次多、任务重的工作,对地方院校的健康发展起着至关重要的影响,其表现在学科建设、人才培养、社会服务、产学研合作等方面都离不开科研发展.随着社会的进步和发展,地方院校的科研管理工作面临着新的机遇与挑战.本文对地方院校科研发展的主要瓶颈进行分析,提出促进地方院校科研发展的对策,以期待实现科研的跨越式发展.
Scientific research management work is a complex, multi-level, and heavy-duty work. It plays a vital role in the healthy development of local colleges. It is reflected in the discipline construction, personnel training, social services,cooperation between production, teaching and research, etc. All aspects are inseparable from the development of scientific research. How to improve the level of scientific research management and improve the effectiveness of scientific research management has become a top priority in the development of scientific research in local colleges. This article analyzes the major bottlenecks in the development of scientific research in local colleges, and proposes countermeasures to promote the development of scientific research in local colleges in order to look forward to the leap-forward development of scientific research.
