摘要
分析了吉林省四所高校的代表性科研产出,进行了科研管理规定的横向比较和纵向分析。建议高等院校科研管理过程中,加强科研活动前期指导以及过程管理,并在量化科研激励的同时,给予科研活动更宽容的氛围。
The research activities in four universities of Jilin are analyzed for both the horizontally and longitudinally comparison.It is suggested that the guidance in advance and process management are required during the research.More tolerant atmosphere for scientific research should be offered while quantification support is given.
