摘要
本文回顾了经皮冠状动脉介入术中无复流现象的研究历史,介绍了无复流现象的定义以及评价方法,阐述了无复流现象的发生机制。通过分析既往发表的研究,总结了无复流现象发生的相关危险因素,并介绍了当前无复流的治疗方法。
This review describes the history of the no reflow phenomenon, introduces the definition, evaluation, mechanisms of noref low. In the review of current studies, we summarize the risk factor of the no ref low phenomenon and recommend therapy methods. The future trials may focus on the prevention and treatment of the no-ref low phenomenon individually.
