摘要 本期“指南论坛”特邀沈阳军区总医院韩雅玲教授撰写了“2005美国经皮冠状动脉介入治疗指南评介”。同时还邀请了李悦、荆全民、周玉杰教授对该指南进行解读。目的在于规范PCI适用指征及患者的术后治疗,客观评价PCI治疗的结果,以进一步提高PCI的成功率和安全性,降低PCI术后再狭窄的复发率。“指南论坛”是本刊新的探索、新的实践。“指南”源于循证医学实践,源于大规模多中心试验的结果,同时指南又反过来指导、规范临床实践,并接受实践的验证,在实践中不断完善和修正。我们期待中国有更多的大规模、多中心试验,期待更多的适合中国国情的指南问世。诚挚地希望广大读者对本栏目提出建议和意见,以使“指南论坛”成为广大内科医生须臾难离的良师益友。
