摘要 目的:优化五黄液中冰片的最佳溶解工艺。方法:采用GC法,以萘为内标,冰片含量为评价指标,采用-响应面优化法(Central Composite Design-Response Surface Method CCD-RSM)优化五黄液中冰片最佳溶解工艺参数。结果:最佳溶解工艺参数为乙醇∶吐温∶冰片=9∶3∶1,冰片的平均含量为68.2%。结论:CCD-RSM设计科学、预测性好,所得的冰片溶解工艺简便稳定,合理可行。 Objective: To optimize the preparation of borneol in Wuhuangye. Methods: Using Gas chromatography, taking the contents of naphthalene as internal standard and the contents of borneol as indexes, optimizing the preparation of borneol in Wuhuangye by using Central Composite Design-Response Surface Method (CCD-RSM) . Results: The best preparation technology were as follows: alcohol: twain: borneol =9: 3: 1, the contents of borneol was 68. 2%. Conclusion: CCD-RSM is scientific and predictability, this technology is simple, stable, reasonable and feasible.
