摘要
物联网等新兴技术的不断涌现、新医改政策的逐步深入,使得大力建设智慧医院成为社会各界的共识。基于项目的全生命周期视角,分别从智慧医院建设阶段和运维阶段的管理出发,梳理各阶段的管理特点和要求。在此基础上,通过归纳分析当前国内外智慧医院建设与运维阶段所应用的关键技术,构建出智慧医院的建设与运维框架,以为我国未来智慧医院的研究及实践提供借鉴。
With the continuous emergence of new emerging technologies such as the internet of things and the gradual deepening of new medical reform policies,it has made the building of smart hospitals a consensus among all sectors of society. Based on the whole life cycle perspective of the project,this paper sorts out the management characteristics and requirements of each stage from the management of the construction stage and the operation stage of smart hospitals. On the basis of the above,summarizes the key technologies used in the construction and operation of smart hospitals,and constructs the framework of the construction and operation of smart hospitals,in order to provide references for the research and practice of smart hospitals in the future.
