摘要
在以互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术为核心的现代信息技术体系支撑和推动下,人类社会正迈向智能化时代,面临着新的生存空间、组织形态和行为模式,也将推动传统社会形态下组织治理模式发生实质性的变化。该文在分析大数据智能、群体智能、跨媒体智能、混合增强智能、自主智能系统等智能化发展的一些新趋势以及智能化时代高等教育治理呈现出智慧性、整体性、动态性、协同性、透明性等新特征的基础上,从社会结构改变、社会场景重构、社会主体演化等方面阐释了社会智能化对高等教育治理形态的影响与改变,并基于此研究了智能化驱动高等教育治理体系变革趋势与形态,提出了智能化时代高等教育治理创新变革的路径设计思考。
In the support and the impetus of modern information technology system taking the internet, big data and artificial intelligence technology as the core, the human society is moving towards intelligent era, facing the new living space, organization forms and behavior patterns, the organization governance model of traditional society type is going to be a substantial change. Firstly, the article analyzes the development of some new trends about big data intelligence, swarm intelligence, cross media intelligence, mixing enhancement intelligent and autonomous intelligent system, explains the new features of intelligent society governance such as wisdom, integrity, dynamic, cooperative, transparent. Sencondly, the article discusses the effects and influence on higher education governance form the change of social structure, the reconstruction of social scene and the evolution of social subject. Then, the article studies the reform trend and the form of the higher education governance system driven by intelligent technologies, and puts forward some thinking about path design of higher education governance innovation in the era of intelligent.
