摘要
以包含孔洞、夹杂、裂纹、分层等典型缺陷的C/SiC复合材料构件为研究对象,设计了一种可用于评价C/SiC复合材料工业CT检测结果的像质计,提出了一种工业CT检测结果评价方法,并通过高分辨率CT验证了工业CT检测方法的可靠性。研究结果表明,本文设计的像质计可以用于评价工业CT检测结果的可靠性,孔型像质计可以反应孔洞、夹杂等体积型缺陷检测能力,间隙像质计可以反应裂纹、分层等面积型缺陷检测能力。
Based on the C/SiC composite structure samples with the defects voids,inclusion,crack,delamination,etc.,a CT image indicator for the C/SiC composite CT results' evaluation was designed and tested,and proposed a CT results' evaluation method,which was proved by the high resolution CT test results of the sample. The study concluded that the proposed image indicator could be used to evaluate the reliability of the CT results,the hole type image indicator could be used to confirm the CT system's detect ability for the voids and inclusion etc.,the gap type image indicator could be used to confirm the CT system's detect ability for the crack and delamination etc..
