摘要
介绍了碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料的应用和发展现状 ,阐述了CVI -CMC -SiC制造技术在我国的研究进展 ,开展了CVI -CMC -SiC的性能与微结构特性的研究和CVI过程控制及其对性能影响的研究 ,研制了多种CMC -SiC和其构件。
The application and development of CMC-SiC and the progress in the research work of CVI-CMC-SiC fabrication technology in China are introduced.The properties and the microstructure features of CVI-CMC-SiC,and the CVI process control and its effect on the properties of CMC-SiC are investigated.Many kinds of CMC-SiC materials and their structural parts are developed.The material properties and the research and application of CMC-SiC in China as a whole can keep pace with that of advanced countries in the world.
