摘要
以中海油SZ36-1减三线馏分油为原料,在实验室采用两段糠醛萃取组合工艺技术进行生产高芳烃含量橡胶增塑剂的研究。结果表明:采用两段糠醛萃取反序工艺可以得到满足GB/T 33322—2016《橡胶增塑剂芳香基矿物油》A1820要求的橡胶增塑剂产品,其收率占减三线馏分油的26.8%;工业装置实际运行验证了实验室研究结果,且得到了性质和收率略优于实验室数据的产品。
CNOOC SZ36-1 vacuum 3 rd line fraction was used as raw material to produce rubber plasticizer by using two stage furfural extractions in laboratory.The results showed that the reverse order process could produce the rubber plasticizer meeting the specification of A1820 according to the national standard GB/T 33322—2016 and the yield is 26.8%.The actual operation of the industrial unit verified the laboratory results.The properties and yield of industrial product are both slightly better than laboratory.
