摘要 本文针对机器人用RV减速器的使用要求,设计了一套可对RV减速器的传动精度、背隙、扭转刚度、回程误差、机械效率、启停转矩、摩擦转矩检测的动态测控系统.硬件部分进行结构设计,结合RV减速器的性能和试验要求,选用了工控机、变频器、角度和扭矩传感器、采集卡等测试部件;软件部分基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言进行试验界面设计,使该界面具有良好的人机交互性能,并可对整个试验过程进行实时控制与监控.经过近一年的使用,该系统可以完成多项测试任务,与同类测控系统相比,系统在测量精度和工作效率方面有大幅提高,降低了用户的使用成本. To meet the need of robots for RV reducer,a dynamic measurement and control system is designed to measure RV reducer of its the transmission accuracy,backlash,torsional rigidity,return error,mechanical efficiency,start and stop torque,and friction torque.The hardware part is structurally designed.And industrial computer,frequency converter,angle and torque sensor,capture card and other test components are selected for the performance and test of RV reducer;the software part is of interface design for test,based on the LabVIEW graphical programming language so that the interface would have a good function of human-computer interaction and the entire test process could be controlled and monitored in real time.After nearly ayear of trial,the system shows that it can complete kinds of tasks.Compared with the other control systems of the same kind,our system is greatly improved in terms of accuracy of measurement and work efficiency,and it also reduces the cost for users.
